• Services are for children’s entertainment and events.
• Characters may have limited movement and communication.
• The client is responsible for providing a safe environment and supervising children at all times.
• Fantasy Entertainments LLC is not liable for accidents caused by unsafe conditions or lack of supervision.
• The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment.
• Proper electrical access must be provided if required.
• Service may be affected if conditions are not suitable.
• Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the event.
• A travel fee may apply depending on location.
ESPAÑOL
• El servicio es de entretenimiento infantil y eventos.
• Los personajes pueden tener limitaciones de movimiento y comunicación.
• El cliente es responsable de garantizar un ambiente seguro y supervisión de los niños.
• Fantasy Entertainments LLC no se hace responsable por accidentes derivados del entorno o falta de supervisión.
• El cliente es responsable por daños o pérdidas de equipos.
• Se requiere acceso a electricidad adecuada si el servicio lo necesita.
• El servicio puede verse afectado si no se cumplen las condiciones necesarias.
• El pago restante debe realizarse antes o al inicio del evento.
• Puede aplicar un cargo adicional por traslado (travel fee).

Fantasy Entertainments LLC may use photos or videos from the event for promotional purposes. If the client does not consent, they must notify us in writing prior to the event.
ESPAÑOL
Fantasy Entertainments LLC podrá utilizar fotos o videos del evento con fines promocionales. Si el cliente no autoriza el uso de imágenes, debe notificarlo por escrito antes del evento.
