Refund policy

By booking with Fantasy Entertainments LLC, the client agrees to the following:
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the date.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• One date change is allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• In case of rain or bad weather, a reschedule will be offered at no additional cost (no refunds).
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in loss of payment.
• Refunds are only issued if the company is unable to provide the service.

Al reservar con Fantasy Entertainments LLC, el cliente acepta lo siguiente:
• Se requiere un depósito del 50% para asegurar la fecha.
• El depósito es no reembolsable.
• Se permite 1 cambio de fecha si se solicita con al menos 72 horas de anticipación y sujeto a disponibilidad.
• En caso de lluvia o mal clima, se ofrecerá reprogramación sin costo (no reembolso).
• Cancelaciones el mismo día o ausencia del cliente (no show) implican pérdida total del pago.
• Los reembolsos solo aplican si la empresa no puede cumplir el servicio.
